Hi, I’m Candace Sauvé
My work in the world changed with the loss of my first pregnancy.
It was a miracle I got pregnant in the first place, since I had post-menopausal AMH levels (<0.003). I thought I might never become a parent. Then, a miracle happened. Meet my daughter Ember - born in 2024.
Everything shifted and all of my creative energy redirected into Motherhood, and supporting families with my work.
What became unmistakably clear was this:
Parents need more than therapy to thrive.
We need ceremony, community, and connection.
We need attachment repair.
We need nervous system support.
We need a modern village.
But, we have to build it.
After giving birth, my community showed up big time and I knew I had build a version of modern village that worked.
It lit a fire within me to create spaces where children are welcome in any room, and tears are heard without trying to fix or change them (nod to Aware Parenting).
Over the last decade, the coaching modalities my husband and I got certified in together became the backbone of our family’s entire life. Each moment became an opportunity to step into a “new way of being” rather than just using a tool.
Some of my certifications include:
Adult Attachment Repair Model (AARM)
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Emotional Resolution (EmRes)
Pranayama Breathwork (Yin)
Now, as a full-time mother, a Neuro-Somatic Coach, and facilitator at Be Well Boulder, I make it my mission to create offerings that fill the gap between independence culture and a modern village of interdependent families.
